The Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Company is comprised of 100% volunteer staff. Not one member of the fire company is paid for any of the many tasks and assignments they handle in their free time. All of which are necessary to keep the company functioning and keep you and the community safe.
The volunteer fire company also does not charge for any of the many services provided on a daily basis to the community. The company relies strongly on donations and tax dollars to equip firefighters and purchase necessary life-saving equipment.
Every dollar counts and could mean the difference between having just enough to repair a 30 year old fire truck or having the extra funds set aside to buy a modern replacement in just a few years.
